Statistics show that people tend to have new year's resolutions only to be broken after 1 to 2 weeks. Those plans are defeated even before they were fully launched and the body, brain, behavior or attitude tend to fall on default mode.

The organization that supports and investigates on long-term change strategy to reinvigorate all aspects of its existence will be more ready to approach the volatility and unpredictability of the business environment with which it operates. No wonder a lot of businesses and organizations have withered away because they could not deal with issues that call for structural change not just cosmetic such as team-building or those exercises that are superficial.
