There are many sweet spot variations but for me the sweet spot for change agents are the following: PASSION- the innate desire/motivation from interests/purpose in life; THE GREATEST NEED YOU ARE FILLING IN-community needs; GROWTH POTENTIAL-there is potential for growth and sustainability; If there is no passion, this is a gruelling 8-5 jobber. If there is no need to fill- your work is irrelevant and unimportant; If there is no growth potential- this is not profitable in the long term. Some organizations do not have the passion, they exist to fill in a career but not a lifelong commitment to the cause. Some organizations do not fill a need-your work is irrelevant. Some organizations work in sectors where there are no growth potential, thus they become stagnant playing in the field. The sweet spot is the combination of great passion working for a great need with tremendous potential for growth and opportunity. If you are working in that sweet spot, life is easy and pleasant.
