The Advisory Program is built into all the core services of GlobalStakes Consulting.
With at least 3 months of advisory work for the organization to help solve complex management issues, act as sounding board for major decisions, and provide practical recommendations and strategies for continuing success.
We work through in-person and/or remote communications of your choice. This can be renewed twice for the total of 9 months of advisory consultation.
